PCOS Education + Action Plan is a connected education and support system designed to help clinicians understand PCOS more clearly, support next-step decision-making, and use better patient-facing materials in practice. The system combines clinician education, referral and co-management support tools, and a patient action plan designed to improve understanding, visit readiness, and practical follow-through. Patient-facing materials include support for lifestyle recommendations such as food, movement, and simple self-monitoring tools, along with guidance that helps patients prepare for visits with referred providers and better understand what to do next.
