That makes sense. Training is visible, familiar, and relatively easy to deploy.
But education alone rarely changes what happens consistently in real workflows.
A team can sit through training, agree with the material, and still go right back to the same delivery patterns if the surrounding system never changes.
That is often the missing piece.
Why training feels like the obvious fix
Training is one of the easiest interventions to see and measure. It creates a clear event: the team attended, the content was delivered, and the organization can point to action.
But care is not delivered inside a slide deck.
It is delivered inside workflows, handoffs, documentation habits, patient interactions, and time pressure. If those conditions remain the same, education may improve awareness without changing much in practice.

Education works better when it is supported by things people can actually use in the flow of work.

Those are the pieces that help the learning survive contact with real delivery.
